HOME, SWEET HOME

Back home safe, in Charlotte! We arrived on the morning of Thursday, Jan 18 - on an icy morning of "freezing rain. We were met by Tracie who picked us at the airport and brought us home. (Thanks Tracie, you risked your life coming out to get us in that weather! )

At home, we were greeted by a surprise - secret entrants had come in and stocked our refrigerator, dusted our home.. AND left a bouquet of beautiful flowers and a Skittles-filled baby bottle! (Susan & Julie - you've got the biggest hearts known to man! I am amazed at your thoughtfulness, thank you!!)

Miranda seems happy to be home, exploring her new environment, and checking out her room. It's going to take us a few days to recover from jet lag, and find our groove. :)
