Daddy's flying back to the US tomorrow. We are sad... especially not knowing when we will get to see him next again.
The latest news we heard hasn't been too good. In spite of the fact that Miranda's Singapore adoption papers and passport process will be expedited, the US Immigration lawyers have advised that her immigration status remains in question since she left the country before her PR application was completed. As it stands we do not know when she will be cleared for entry to the US yet.
We tried to have a day just to ourselves today..just the 4 of us. After brunch with the Leong family (Jin's parents and brother, sister in law), Jin and I went for a quiet coffee while Miranda napped and Josh spent some time with his grandparents.
In the evening, we brought both kids to the pool before taking them for dinner at MacDonalds. It was a simple day, just the 4 of us.
