It's September 6th today, and the placement date on the CCAA website still stays at July 22. It is probably moving at a pace of one week per month. The wait seems long and we wonder where you are and what are you doing? We know that you are born, probably in some orphanage somewhere in China.
We can only wait patiently, trusting that God is never early and never late, He is always right on time. The length of our wait is only a foreshadow of the greater plan that God has in store. The frustration and uncertainty that we have to endure now will only make the day sweeter when we get to hold you in our arms. We are now along unchartered waters in our journey, nobody knows what to expect next.
Where are you, Miranda Grace? What are you doing now, what do you look like, what do you like to eat?
We named you Grace, not because by God's grace you are rescued from an orphanage in China, but rather that by God's grace, you have rescued us from our sorrows. You make our family complete and we await the provison of God's grace. My grace is sufficient for you, my strength is made perfect in your weakness.
