A. Converting existing guest room into bedroom for Josh - remove carpet, replace with hardwood laminate flooring, replace old windows with new double glazed windows, install Air conditioning duct and vent.
B. Create partition to the lower basement to separate space for movie/rec room and guest bedroom.
C. Replace old exterior white sidings with new hardiplank siding with fresh paint.
