..and it was a LONG one too - it was a 7 hour drive to Washington DC. She is one curious traveller - along the way, she slept just 30 minutes of the entire journey, and 40 minutes on our return drive! She just needed to take it all in. She's now a certified "Leong traveller" just like her older brother Josh. They both entertained themselves well in the car, and stayed occupied and happy for the most part.
We stayed with Shaun and Yoko and their 2 kids (Leona & Shintaro) in Washington DC. Over the 4 days, we visited the Zoo, the Air & Space Museum, went strawberry picking, boating on the Potomac River. She adjusted quickly to the new environment, and was very comfortable with everyone!
